1. Services Provided
We offer video creation for marketing purposes. Each order includes one revision per video.
2. Ownership & Licensing
Once payment is completed, the client owns the final video.
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
3. Payment & Pricing
Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting a project.
No work will begin until a deposit (if applicable) is received.
4. Revisions & Delivery
Clients receive one free revision per video.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Cancellations must be made before production starts; otherwise, a partial refund may apply.
Refunds are not provided once video production has started.
6. Legal Compliance & Disputes
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.
