Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project before production starts and receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after production begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once a video has been delivered.

If a client is dissatisfied with the final video, the one included revision must be used before requesting further changes.

3. Project Delays

If delays occur due to client-side issues (e.g., missing information, late feedback), no refunds will be provided.

If delays occur due to AI Creatives Solutions, we will communicate and resolve them accordingly.
